PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
Product is Damaged- during transit
Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
Product is Not as described on the website
All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.
PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF:
If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packiaging are missing.
And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?
Please note, Homesara initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us .
It will take us a maximum of 2 to 3 Business Weeks to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
