RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Homesara. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Homesara Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Homesara, you agree to the terms set forth as below.

  •    PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF :
    • Product is Damaged- during transit.
    • Product is Defective – during manufacturing process.
    • Product is Not as described on the website.
    • All you need to do is to ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.
  •    PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED/CANCELLED IF :
    • If product is damaged (Not in its original condition),or tags and packaging are missing.
    • And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
  •   WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND ?
    • Please note, Homesara initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us.
    • It will take us a maximum of 2 to 3 Business Weeks to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
