Homesara is an online retailer of home furnishing products, including but not limited to:

  • Upholstery fabrics
  • Sofas and sofa upholstery
  • Bedsheets and bed linen
  • Mattresses
  • Rugs and carpets
  • Wallpapers
  • Related home décor and furnishing accessories

All products are sold for personal, non-commercial household use unless otherwise specified.

3. Eligibility

By using the Website, You confirm that:

However, actual colors and textures may vary slightly from what appears on Your device due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and natural variations in fabric, weave, and dye lots. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
  2. b) Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
  3. c) Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of products listed on the Website at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to Your order shall be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
  4. d) Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at Our sole discretion. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, We will notify You and refund the amount paid.
  5. e) Errors: In case of any typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors on the Website, We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect information. In such cases, any amount paid by You shall be refunded in full.

  2. b) An order is deemed accepted by Us only upon dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at Our sole discretion, including but not limited to reasons such as unavailability of stock, incorrect pricing, inability to deliver to the specified address, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  3. c) An order confirmation email/SMS is an acknowledgement of receipt of Your order and does not constitute acceptance.
  4. d) Customized, made-to-measure, or made-to-order products (such as stitched curtains, custom upholstery, or cut-length fabrics) are processed only after payment confirmation and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except in case of manufacturing defects.

7. Payment Terms

  1. a) Payments on the Website are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers, including Razorpay. We accept the following payment methods, as enabled from time to time:
  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, and others)
  • Wallets
  • EMI options (where applicable)
  1. b) All payment information is transmitted via secure, encrypted channels. We do not store Your full card details on Our servers.
  2. c) By submitting payment information, You represent that You are authorized to use the payment instrument and that the information provided is true and accurate.
  3. d) In the event of any payment failure, declined transaction, or chargeback, We reserve the right to cancel the order. Any disputes related to payment gateway transactions shall be governed by the terms of the respective payment gateway provider.
  4. e) You agree to pay all applicable charges, including the product price, shipping, taxes, and any other fees displayed at checkout.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  1. a) We deliver across India and to selected international destinations. Shipping timelines, costs, and availability are displayed at checkout and are governed by Our Shipping Policy.
  2. b) Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, product type, customization, and unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays, courier issues, weather, or force majeure events.
  3. c) Risk of loss and title for products pass to You upon delivery to the address specified in the order.
  4. d) You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
  5. e) If a delivery is refused or returned to Us due to non-availability of the recipient or refusal to accept, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by Our Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, available on the Website. By placing an order, You agree to be bound by those policies in addition to these Terms.

In summary:

  1. a) Standard (non-customized) products may be cancelled before dispatch.
  2. b) Customized, made-to-measure, cut-length fabric, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has commenced, except in case of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
  3. c) Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within the timelines specified in the Refund Policy.

10. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  1. a) Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
  2. b) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or entity;

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
  3. c) The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
