THE LEGEND SPC FLOORING HAS A WARRANTY AGAINST FADING, STAINING AND WEARING THROUGH. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, AND PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE RETAINED FOR ALL CLAIMS. THE WARRANTY COVERS THE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PRODUCT BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOUR INVOLVED. CHIPS AND SCRATCHES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY (wear layer may chip or scratch if a sharp object or dropped on it or dragged a cross it), CLAIM FOR THESE PROBLEMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED CLAIMS FOR WEAR MUST SHOW A MINIMUM 1/2 INCH DIAMETERS AREA THIS WARRANTY PRO-RATED BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE FLOOR HAS BEEN INSTALLED. FOR EXAMPLE ON THE PRODUCT HAVING A 5 YEARS WARRANTY IF YOU HAVE A CLAIM AFTER 4 YEAR WE WOULD REFUND OR REPLACE 20% OF THE SPC VALUE.
